2023 Registration Forms Are Ready

Hey there, everyone! We have been busy getting things together and wanted to take a moment to let you know that the registration forms are ready for 2023!

We have added a single-day registration form as there has been some interest from potential participants wanting to take part in just a day or two of the event. 

You can access the forms by clicking this link or by using the menu above and the Information tab. Once you are on the forms page, just select which registration you want to make and then fill in the electronic form. We will again be utilizing online payment methods as it has proven effective for participants. The deadline to enter your registration is Thursday, May 25, 2023.

We are still working on vehicle transportation and once we have the details ironed out, we will let you know. So, if you will excuse us, we have a lot more to take care of before July.

Hotel Information For 2023

Hello everyone! It looks like spring is finally starting to thaw us out from the cold and snowy winter, at least for some parts of the country! Over the past several weeks we have been busy getting the hotel rooms set up for our 27th Annual event! This year, as you know, we will be starting on the west side of the state and finishing on the east side! We’re excited to get back to Paris Landing State Park for the send off, and we can’t wait for the veterans to see the new lodge! For those that have visited the old lodge in the past will be pleasantly surprised with the new accommodations!

This year, we decided to make a change in our stay in Chattanooga. Rather than staying downtown like we have in years past, we will be locking through Chickamauga Lock and Dam and park our PWC for the night at the marina. We will stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites nearby. This gives us the advantage of having one less lock to go through on Friday morning while also putting us to closer to the marina to allow for easier transport to and from the marina. There are plenty of places to eat near the hotel when we arrive Thursday evening, too!

The State Parks in Tennessee have a slightly different process to book rooms for 2023. You can call a toll-free number to book both locations, or you can use the links provided in the hotel information page.  Please remember that the deadline to book rooms is May 25, and space is limited! Hotels cannot guarantee availability after that date (most were already booking up) so book your rooms as soon as you can.

We have a lot more planning and preparation to do before July, and we will continue to make announcements so please check back often and, if you haven’t, sign up for our newsletter on the front page to stay up-to-date!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all of our friends and family!! We’re excited to see what 2023 brings and we can’t wait until July!!! Why? Because we’re going to be participating in our 27th Annual Event beginning on July 23 in Paris Landing State Park! We’ll ride all week long and the event will finish in Lenoir City, TN on Friday, the 28th with an optional night technically ending the event on the 29th.

We are currently working on securing hotels and will make that information available when all rooms have been reserved so please check back often. We will also post the registration information in the future.

In the meantime, why not take a look at the photos from last year’s event? There are some great photos that participants have shared, including the interesting weather that we all experienced on our first day! 

So mark your calendars, and hopefully we will see you in July!
